Arun valley provides superb views of both Mt Everest and Mount Makalu. It is located between the Sagarmatha and Makalu-Barun National Parks.Trekking in this valley provides an alternative approach to the Khumbu region. We recommend this approach to those people who have already been in the Everest region and want revisit Everest Base Camp (Kalapattar) via a less traveled route. The trek requires stamina and fitness to fully appreciate the beauty of the region, which provides some outstanding mountain views. Commencing with a flight to Tumlingtar to the East of Everest, the first week is spent trekking through virgin territory into the Solu Khumbu region before a push up on the main Everest trail to Kalapatthar for tremendous close ups of Everest Nuptse and Lhotse along with many others before a journey back to Lukla and a flight to Kathmandu. An Arun valley trek is still remote but there are available teahouse facilities for a small group and it is easy trekking routes follow to the Arun River. It will be nice to arrange camping (tents camp) Trekking on this trails. This trekking is possible to operate in any season.

Day 04: Trek to Chyawabesi

Day 05: Trek to Kothe.

Day 06: Trek to Salpa Phedi, Elevation: (1680m).

Day 07: Trek to Sanam, Elevation: (2850m) via Guranse, Elevation: (2880m).

Day 08: Trek to Bung, Elevation: (1900m)

Day 09: Trek to Gai kharka, Elevation: (2300m).

Day 10: Trek to Pinyan, Elevation: (2830m).

Day 11: Trek to Phakding, Elevation: (2830m).

Day 12: Trek to Namche Bazaar, Elevation: (3444m).

Day 13: Namche Bazaar Rest and Acclimatization.

Day 14: Trek to Tengboche Monastery, Elevation: (3875m).

Day 15: Trek to Pheriche, Elevation: (4240 m).

Day 16: Pheriche rest and Acclimatization.

Day 17: Trek to Lobuje, Elevation: (4930m).

Day 18: Trek to Kala Pattar, Elevation: (5545m) Lobuje, Elevation: (4930m).

Day 19: Trek to Tengboche Monastery, Elevation: (3875m).

Day 20: Trek to Khumjung, Elevation: (3779m).

Day 21: Trek to Jorsalla, Elevation: (2800m).

Day 22: Trek to Lukla, Elevation: (2800m).
